Shipment and return

 Shipment

Shipments by post to all countries set in the table (less than 100gr.), 8,50€.

From quantity of  second column, shipment is free for those countries in the table (excluding those orders with bikes or frames from SALE section).

Bikes and frames from SALE section have a charge for volume shipment.

For shipments to those countries not appearing in the table, contact with info@bikenosis.com

Shipments are made by transport agency. Depending on the country we will use one or another and we can also ship the order by post.

We will ship the order in 1-3 working days (weekends are not working days) after receiving the payment. Bikes are excluded from this section. We will ship them in one week approximately.

Delivery will depend on the country where the order is shipped.

If you buy an article that is not available at that moment on the website, we will send the complete order once we have availability of all articles that you have bought. BIKENOSIS, S.L. will never make two shipments in the case that one or more of the articles bought by client appear in the website as “not available”.

Returns

Clients can return the articles acquired in a term of one week counting from the moment in which client receives the package. Passed the term, returns will not be accepted. The expenses of return always will run to account of the client.
 To be able to return an article, this one must be in perfect conditions, without having being manipulated and in its original packing. Returns of articles that have been manipulated by client will not be accepted. We will not accept return of articles that come with the opened packing.
 To be able to return an article, client must get in touch with us before sending the package.

All product guarantees will be always treated directly with manufacturer and guarantees of the products will be the offered ones by manufacturers; because of it, we recommend you to keep the invoice of purchase. BIKENOSIS, S.L, will not take charge of any guarantee under any concept. In the case that BIKENOSIS, S.L. intermediates between buyer and producer of this product in guarantee, BIKENOSIS, S.L. will never pay anything. Any reparation or shipment of this product in guarantee will always be paid by the buyer.

For any change of article or refund of the amount paid for an article, we will always consider the price that was on the website at the moment of buying the item (for any article) and not the price that could appear on the website at the moment of  the change or refund .
